2 Tbs melted butter
salt and pepper to taste ( i used 2 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper to season the chicken)

1 whole lemon
1 small onion
1 whole garlic head
handful of fresh thyme
3 to 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
3 bay leaves

for the veggies

1 lb red baby potatoes
3 medium carrots
1 medium onion
1 cup brussel sprouts
4 cloves of garlic
2 Tbs olive oil
