I thought this tasted kind of meh especially since the garlic they sent me looked like a fingernail clipping. The zucchini was fresh as was the parsley (didn’t use). I added broccoli, roasted peppers, lots more garlic, more cheese, and sprinkled on some Trader Joe’s Soffrito seasoning. My family liked it thank goodness. It was pretty easy to make, only took me 30 minutes with all of the additions.

I was looking forward to this one so much! Unfortunately our entire box ended up at a random address in Pennsylvania (we live in NYC) and I canceled my subscription after 200+ boxes.
