
1 Medium sized spaghetti squash. Cut in half, remove guts. Pre heat oven to 375° Spread oil over both sides and add salt/pepper.
1 Small Container Whole fat Ricotta
Add to this: Parmasean cheese, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 egg, Italian seasoning ( No measure, Do it with your heart) 2 TBL Basil Pesto
Salt/pepper and 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese. Set aside.
1lb Ground meat, I used pork. Prepare and set aside.
When your squash is done, scrape out guts and add to casserole dish, Add your ricotta, meat and stir well. Add some marinara sauce. Then top with the rest of your mozzarella and broil until cheese is bubbly! ENJOY
