Looks pretty similar to average to mid level bacon from the supermarket. I swear bacon has had a severe drop in quality over the last 30 years.

The best part of the bacon is when the grease is rendered out of the fat and it’s left crispy. I like the part that used to be the bacon fat! Almost like chicharrones.
