Entering goblin mode after work, put this together: an onion-stuffed Indian kulcha bread made into a wrap with Morningstar vegan chicken nuggets, yogurt, habañero hot sauce, tamarind BBQ sauce, pickled nopal cactus, cilantro, Pico de Gallo, and avocado.
It was excellent.
