First time for me using pork!
I used a ‘center cut’ (2.5 lbs), recipe called for shoulder or hind.
One onion, a couple of serrano peppers, juice of an orange (add the spent orange pieces too), juice of a lime, tablespoon of cumin and oregano, and salt/pepper.
I like to place the meat on top of the chopped onion and then the juices and then the spices.
8 hours on low.
Then…place your cooked pork on a foil lined baking sheet and shred with two forks.
Pour a cup(or 2) of the juice from the crockpot onto the shredded pork.
Into the oven it goes! On broil for like 7 minutes.
