Ha! I had this one the other day and I agree with you, its tasty but also not the classic sriracha. I still put it on everything right now, unless I really want to sweat.

Too sweet for what I normally would use Sriracha for, but it works well in pasta sauce and egg roll in a bowl.

I heard so many great things about this but I cannot stand it. I don’t even like using it to make sauces with. Inevitably I’m going to throw the bottle out in a few years. I do like their green one, though.

I like it – bought some at the beginning of the Great Sriracha Fuckup/Shortage and while not very good at being a sriracha, it’s a solid chili sauce.
Goes pretty decent on breakfast sandwiches

I think it’s super good with seafood flavors. I mainly use it in shrimp ramen or the Nongshim Neoguri Spicy Seafood Ramen. Gives a nice little pop to tuna salad too.

Its really sweet. I liked it at first but it got really disgusting after like 4 bottles. Something just starts to taste a little weird and processed.

This is a good topping for rice dishes ime. Sweet and a little spicy but not hot siracha. Still good when used on the right things though.

This was sitting on the table of our favorite sushi bar last week. I poured a rather large amount of it on my sushi tray. The taste was excellent but a bit sweet. I had some Melinda’s ghost pepper creamy wing sauce “Yes I carry hot sauce to every restaurant”. I added a little bit to the sriracha and it was incredible. There’s nothing wrong with this Sriracha like it is but It was much tastier when I had a little more kick. This is the only Sriracha other than the Texas Pete product that they sell in our grocery. One of the perks of living in the middle of nowhere. ✌️

i have like 4 or 5 different sriracha i found this one is more spicy, all of them are fairly sweet it is by no means the sweetest. it is the hotter side. i’m thinking it has big batch variations.
