    Also approved. At first I was like “Where the cheese at?” (a Ween reference IYKYK), but then I saw pic 5, so it’s all good. I can be a little critical because I’ve had my fair share of cheesesteaks in Philly, but those look pretty damn good right now. No onions?

    I’ve eaten a million cheesesteaks in my day, and this looks like one of the best. Never seen the cheese totally incorporated like that, but I absolutely get down with it. Bread looks perfect for a cheese steak, and you chopped it up so nicely. Hats off.

    I have that same flat top insert but it rusted to oblivion – any idea on how to get it back to normal? Has that ever happened to yours?
