Servings: 2-3
To Make Mushroom Sauce
Mushroom – 600 Gms
Unsalted Butter – 100 Gms
Onion – 1 No.
Garlic – 12 Cloves
Salt
Pepper
Chicken Stock – 1/2 Cup
Fresh Cream – 200 Ml
To Make Chicken Marinate
Chicken Breast
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Paprika Powder
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Oil
Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. Slice the cleaned mushrooms.
2. Take unsalted butter in a pan and add the finely chopped onions to it.
3. Saute until they are transparent. Add in the slices mushrooms.
4. Cook the mushrooms for 2-3 mins.
5. Drop in the finely chopped garlic. Give it all a quick mix.
6. Add salt and pepper powder. Mix it well.
7. After the mushrooms release significant amount of moisture, add the chicken stock and mix well.
8. After about 2-3 mins, add fresh cream and mix well.
9. Simmer the sauce for about 5 mins.
10. Turn off the stove and keep it aside.
11. Take cleaned chicken breasts in a bowl.
12. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper powder, paprika powder, lemon juice, oil, chopped coriander leaves and rub it all onto the chicken pieces on all sides.
13. Marinate the chicken for about 10 minutes.
14. Take a grill pan, apply oil over the base and place the marinated chicken breasts on it.
15. Grill them for 7 mins on a medium low flame.
16. Brush some oil over the chicken if needed for it to have that crispy texture here and there.
17. Flip the chicken pieces to the other side after 7 mins. Cook them for 7 more mins.
18. That’s it, grilled chicken is ready.
19. Serve the mushroom sauce as a base on a plate and place the grilled chicken over it. Garnish with finely chopped coriander. Also serve some garlic bread by the side for best experience.
Mushroom sauce is a nice, rich dish that could form a base for wonderful bread or meat. Even if you don’t have anything to eat with it, you can simply enjoy it as it is because it is literally loaded with lot of flavors. I served it with grilled chicken but like mentioned earlier here, you can also have it with some nicely toasted bread or even herbed rice. Get some nice mushrooms next time and give this a try. Foreign Mushrooms cooked in a cream sauce is probably the best dish to relish especially if you’re a fan of mushrooms so today I am going to share with you all a versatile creamy mushroom sauce which is made with very simple ingredients so let’s get started and check out the recipe
So first we’re going to make the mushroom cream sauce for this I’ve taken 600 grams of fresh button mushrooms make sure you wash it nice and clean so once you’ve cut all the mushrooms in this manner keep this aside for the garlic butter sauce I’m adding about 100 grams
Of unsalted butter you can see the butter is in nice small cubes next add one large onion that’s finely chopped Once the onions are transparent add all the sliced mushrooms and just saute it for about two to three minutes to add about 12 cloves of garlic that’s been finely chopped and mix everything well foreign will give you that lovely flavor to the sauce this is a very delicious very
Simple and easy to make mushroom cream sauce that you can serve along with any main course next season it with some salt and some fresh pepper mix that in you can check for seasoning and then if you want to add a little bit of salt or pepper you can add that so
You can see the mushrooms have released a lot of moisture so we’re going to allow the mushrooms to cook in its own juices so next to add more flavor to this beautiful sauce I’m adding half cup of homemade chicken stock I’ll give you the link in the description you can check
That out now if you don’t want to use chicken stock if you don’t have it you can just use regular water or instead of chicken stock you can also use vegetable broth or vegetable stock so this is just to enhance the flavors of the sauce so after about two minutes add about 200
ML of fresh cream so this is what is going to give you that creaminess and that flavor and the thickness to the sauce wow you can see how beautiful the sauce is already Beginning to Look the sauce is almost there simmer it for about five minutes till it just thickens a little bit
The mushroom cream sauce is done so let’s keep this aside so I’m going to serve this green sauce along with some nice grilled chicken breast so now I’m going to show you how to make those for the grilled chicken I’ve taken two medium sized pressed pieces add a little bit of chopped garlic
Season it with a little salt some pepper sprinkle some paprika powder you can also use chili powder next add the juice of half lemon gently pour it onto the pieces now add a little bit of oil finally add some chopped coriander leaves and just rub everything nicely
Onto the pieces make sure the pieces are coated well with this marinade marinate the chicken pieces for just about 10 minutes so after 10 minutes let’s Grill the chicken pieces take a grill pan and brush a little oil onto the pan place the chicken breasts keep the flame on a medium low
Just brush a little oil on top grill each side for about six to seven minutes So after seven minutes I’m just turning it over to the other side you can see that juicy and tender those pieces look so make sure you’ve grilled both the sides and then you can remove it from the pan and serve it nice and hot with that delicious mushroom cream sauce I’m serving it with some nice fresh garlic bread onto a nice platter first pour the mushroom cream sauce Place those beautifully grilled and juicy chicken breasts on top of the sauce and you can serve it immediately nice and hot I am serving it with grilled chicken here but you can
