Good taste. Horseradish flavor upfront takes 90% of the profile. Notes of vinegar and salt. Hotness has a good kick. Nothing immortal but its enough to say present. Tried it on a homemade Burger and it was enough to acitvate my nostrils. No muccus came out though. Great value for $2.77
