    That looks like it will be delicious. What are you using for liquid or flavoring? Pot roast is one of my favorite things to eat but I have bad IBS and can’t have it anymore. Life is cruel.

    Recipe:
    4-5 pounds of lean beef pot roast
    8 B size red potatoes
    1 large white onion, quartered
    2 Diced carrots or several baby carrots
    1/4 C water
    1 beef bullion cube
    1 tsp parsley, thyme, basel, salt, fresh ground pepper corns (I did not measure)
    2 bay leaves
    Set to low for 8 hours
    When the pot roast has 30 mins left, preheat oven to 325 and crack open a can of biscuits. Bake per directions on the can.
