    Chili garlic! It’s Sriracha without the sugar. Better than sambal (more flavor)

    I will mix it 50/50 with chili crisp.

    So good

    Next step, powders and pepper flakes. Heathotsauce and Sonoran Spice sell great powders, seasonings, and pepper-specific flakes, and Flatiron Peppers sells delicious flake blends.

    Have you had the Fuy Hung Rooster Chili Garlic , it’s like the Sambal Oleck but more taste, it’s my go to hot sauce

    I’d recommend finding a dried chili flake blend you like. A farmer near me makes a ghost pepper flake that I love adding to just about anything.

    Have to ask, how is the chutney from Diddly Squat? And did you meet Jeremy when purchasing it? lol
