I made the spinach mixture according to this spinach lasagna recipe: https://www.seriouseats.com/food-lab-creamy-cheesy-ultimate-spinach-lasagna-recipe

I kept the same amount of spinach mixture and halved the ricotta amount in the all day meat lasagna, and then mixed together according to the instructions in the spinach lasagna recipe. I like the thick spinach-ricotta layer and the stronger spinach flavor, but I would recommend halving the spinach mixture if you want less of a spinach flavor with the bolognese.
