
I had some old kimchi in the fridge and some pork belly in the freezer so I thought I’d try my hand at some kimchi jjigae. It was delicious! I didn’t have spring onions and couldn’t be bothered going out to get some last night, so it could have looked a bit prettier and more colourful. My tofu dicing is also haphazard but I was just cooking for me so I didn’t care so much about presentation.

Actually just made this for my dinner.
But this is much more “soup” like then stew, especially since it’s missing the onions, green onion, and the thin mushrooms.
Bet it still tasted darn good though.
My eyes are playing tricks on me, and I can discern if this is a plate or a bowl.
