Every week I spend a few hours prepping my fridge with some Staples so that I have easier quicker meals throughout the week it has helped me so much when I don’t know what I want to eat and has also helped me not waste a bunch of
Groceries so here’s what I do I always start by washing and storing produce if I have berries in the fridge that aren’t washed I am way more likely to avoid them so this way I actually eat them and they last longer with a paper towel in an airtight container I do the same
Thing with greens so that they’re ready to go in the fridge for whatever I want to use them for throughout the week then I prep some more veggies and get to prepping some meals I don’t prep every meal I find that it just doesn’t really work for me but do whatever works for
You I usually want a little bit more flexibility so I will always have some individual ingredients prepped in the fridge that I can eat multiple different ways and then I’ll usually just prep a couple meals so that I do have some things fully ready to go which is what
I’m doing this week so I made some roasted veggies I feel like they’re such a staple in the fall some couscous and a very easy butternut squash soup I just roasted the butternut squash added onion garlic veggie stock olive oil seasonings and it was so easy and now I have some

how has this not blown up yet?? this is so satisfying and aesthetic
I love this idea!!
It will be delicious if you steam cabbage, broccoli and carrots and sauce them with lemon, salt, olive oil and garlic.
Please stop using extra things for fruit. Water is enough

🪹?
I make 3-4 protein options and always have roasted veggies in the fridge. Quick meals.
Who avoids berries?
What do you put on the berries? I have now seen it in multiple videos and I'm curious
A recipe short for each thing you make would be amazing!!
This was so helpful, thank you!
You should add about a tbs of miso to your butternut soup, it's such a good combination! My current obsession haha.
wow so bland and tasteless your food and cooking. Good luck with that girl !!!
What is the powder that you used to wash tge vegetable?
Hi, thank you for sharing and please consider doing grocery halls as well. Those have also been extremely helpful for me.
She just bought 1 sweet potato?
I washed some berries that were on the edge with vinegar water and they lasted another week! It’s a great thing to do when you get them home
Just subscribed an so far loving this channel, pls do a what you eat in a week vlog, too😊❤❤❤
I was looking for the cuscus then realized the one you guys eat looks more like rice 😂
I recommend putting vinegar on top of the baking soda so it fizzes, then it'll actually be squeaky clean, because pesticides are oil based (if they were water based they'd wash off in the rain) so it requires a lot more vigilence to get them off.
Very inspiring
a lot of baking soda
Putting a paper towel in is totally the magic trick with heaps of produce. I find that it works especially silly with loose leaf lettuces and herbs like cilantro.
Hi, did u use baling soda to clean fruits and veggie?
