this was pretty good, probably 8/10! however i think it would’ve been better to sautee the kale instead of crisping it in the oven. the textures together were a little weird. i also wish there were some fresh herbs for garnish to bring a little brightness. but the couscous is very yummy and so is the lemon hummus sauce!
