    299 cal for 18g of protein – could be better on the protein but ah well. Seeing how many servings I got and how low the calories ended up being, I’ll probably make some cornbread to go on the side next time. I also plan on serving it with some avocado and cottage cheese.

    Season with your heart. Got no directions on that part because I never make any chili, stir fry, curry, or stew the same way twice, lol. I had this birria sauce hanging out in my pantry and wanted to see what it would create. Much more of a smoky flavor than any chili I’ve made before, but I dig it!

    Edit/update: I feel like that turkey calorie count is low, but I guess I don’t usually buy 93/7. Google says 811 for the same amount, so I suppose it’s not far off.
