This is my first serious eats recipe and I am in love! I used a block of low moisture mozzarella cheese, rao’s pizza sauce, and field roast vegan pepperoni. I love that the dough doesn’t need eggs either!
I cooked it in a 14inch cast iron so based on the math in the recipe comments, I didn’t have to change any of the measurements since two 10inch cast irons apparently = a 14inch cast iron
Gonna make this again for friends for a Godfather movie night!
First pic 12 min in the oven at 550F. 2nd pic is a few min longer in the oven. 3rd pic is a fresh slice while 4th pic are cold leftovers two days later.

This made 8 slices and I calculated it to be around ~360cal a slice.
