
So I saw somebody’s comment in a thread that they quick pickle Thai chili peppers and i always have a partially used pack in the bottom of my veggie drawer that ends up going bad. Got inspired, hauled the pack out and had a quick pickle going in 10 minutes. This stuff is officially my new Crack. Haven’t used hot sauce since i made it because im putting this on everything – i even mixed a big spoonful into my salad tonight. And the brine is sooo spicy too – not gonna lie, my partner has caught me sipping spoonfuls of it.
