    Recipe:

    – 1 serve of homemade pulled chicken (400g chicken breast, 125ml stock, 1tsp cornflour and 50g of chipotle peppers in adobo cooked in the instant pot, split into 4 serves)
    – 50g Smart Pasta protein penne
    – 50g broccoli
    – 50g cherry tomatoes
    – 40g edamame
    – 20g feta
