The sauce under the breadcrumbs absolutely made this chicken! Easy ingredients you have at home so this can be recreated. It’s maple syrup, butter, and Dijon mustard. Then you put panko crumbs on top. The chicken was so juicy.

I know my chicken looks small but it plumped up when it cooked and it was pretty thicc. I don’t like cooked carrots so I just ate them raw.
