2/3 cup all-purposed flour
1 zucchini 0,8 pound (350g)
4 tbsp sour cream (60 g)
1 small onion
1/ tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt and pinch salt extra
1/4 tsp black peeer
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Add ( optional) your favorite spices, garlic or cheese.
Serve warm with sour cream,tomato or mushroom sauce.

Hi,everyone! Here is quick and easy zucchini fritter recipe that’s perfect for a side or snack. Ingredients Prepare the zucchini. Grate zucchini, and toss it with a pinch of salt. Stir and set aside. Grate the onion on a fine grater,

Add 4 tbsp (60 g) of sour cream (or yogurt) , 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1/3 tsp of salt, 3/4 cup (100 g) sifted all-purpose flour. Mix all. Squeeze the liquid out of the grated zucchini and transfer to the bowl. Mix well.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium high. Fry about 3-4 minutes on one side flipping as needed. Fry on the second side for 1-2 minutes. Thank you for watching!
