Hello there Denny here from Epcot it’s Festival the Arts time and you know what a festival just wouldn’t be the same without my dear friend Erica Resnik from healthy dose of Disney hi Erica I’m so glad to have you here with me am so happy to be here it’s my first day

Actually at the festival wait a second it’s your very first time here this year yeah that’s crazy I’ve been busy so you kind of got a gig going on don’t you yeah I kind of got like a busy job happening right now you do you absolutely do you’re making lots of

Magic and it’s a wonderful thing it’s a wonderful well I’m super excited to be here with Erica because we have a newly formed tradition that we need to visit the Festival of the Arts together there needs to be coffee at some point today and we’ve got some activities to do um

You want to sit down and and look at our must okay we’re going to we’re going to look at the to-do list you all settle in grabb something colorful to drink or to eat and why don’t you virtually join us for this day at the festival of the Arts

Here okay Erica and I are getting a quick spot to sit down because we have got to game plan my biggest piece of advice when you walk in the park is grab a festival passport and look at that first page and see what Disney really wants you to focus on during your day

Here at the festival and then you do you and decide really what you want to do because um the most frustrating thing in my mind would be getting it at the end of your getting to the end of your Epcot day and not having done everything you

Wanted to yeah you you have to use your time management skills when you’re going to come to Epcot during a festival which is basically now all the time is um it is so I do miss the days when there was like a good chunk of time where there

Was no Festival because then you didn’t have to worry about juggling two things because if you’re someone that loves festival stuff and wants to experience festival stuff that’s a a whole another layer added to your Epcot day so these are really important because it’ll really help you figure out what you want

To do like I I I’m bending little papers normally I have like a pen checking things off but today I don’t have a pen No but you have to organize yourself that’s you’re exactly right so um first off we our new tradition is doing the figment paint by numbers so we are

Absolutely going to do that yes they give you a little thing of paint yep with a little number on it a little brush okay and you get to I think it’s three numbers that your one number three blocks that you get to paint um but we started that tradition last year so

We’re were like we have to do it again this year we must we must it becomes a beautiful mural yeah when everything is said and done it is just a fun thing to do it’s cool to know that you’re a part of a piece of art you know that’s

Exactly I think that’s pretty cool amen sister and we also have food items of course because it is the two of us so we have food items that we want to get to mhm and unfortunately this Festival does not have a lot of plant-based options which I see that happen with the shorter

Festival same thing happens during um Festival of the holidays there’s not like a lot of options but I I’m just going to be like you know it’s fine because I I love the art here it’s okay but there there are three things that I have in my mind that I’ve looked at and

I’ve you know bended my little pages that I think are going to be great but it makes me excited for flower and garden to start cuz they always have really great plant-based stuff so I’m doing this this is like our little warm-up oh there you go the food for

Festival Festival of flowers flower and garden festival of flowers please that is the new name Let It Be Festival of flowers that is what it’s going to be called now on from now on so yeah no I’ve got food as well that hummingbird cake in the American Adventure Pavilion

I’m coming for you okay last year you were very very disappointing um I’ll link down in the description box the um the review that James from hot dogs at Disney and I did last year but man that hummingbird cake not good not good at all so I’m excited that they’ve redone

It for this year and that I get to try it plus I want to check out the Odyssey and see all the figment fun that that lies I love I love figment so like there’s a new there’s a new MCH I smelled him I smelled him so I came

The other night with Brian with my hubby for just a few for just a little bit just for a couple hours and I absolutely smelled the new munching and I almost bought it just because it’s a munching that actually smells yeah it’s scented I I need I want all the scented things so

I miss the scented munchings me too and I and figman isn’t even my favorite I’m sorry if figman is your your favorite he’s not my favorite he’s okay I know I’m I’m wearing a sweatshirt around my waist right now that’s got figment on the back of it but wait did have you

Seen this ah what is it what is it so in your little passport book so it starts at the beginning you have this figment and if you like go like this with the corners the figments like move around and change like a little he’s a flipbook

Yeah oh that’s that is so cute that’s so that is so cute another reason why you need this there you go cuz you need to give your kids the figment flip book and you can look at it yourself and enjoy it cuz it is a really cute little detail

Okay Erica time’s wasting let’s go let’s go all right Erica we have found the expression section a paint by number mural it’s open from 11 to 5 and you’ve got to go over Over Yonder yeah that little like canvas e colored okay A little tent so we’re headed toward the

Tent so we can add our squares of paint as everyone else is doing here not canvas y color that is beige what is canvas color let us correct this it is a beige color tent made of canvas perhaps yes perhaps maybe I have to go feel it now and see yep and

As you can tell crowds are starting to ramp up here in the Park yeah especially here like it’s very uh very tight right yeah it’s a bit of a pinch Point all right oh look it shows us what we’re painting today oh that one’s cute hold on okay now

Painting uh no not not canvas not can can confirm actually not canvas okay just a it’s very uh but definitely beige yeah definitely beige and very sturdy for for rain yeah so it’s good it’s perfect and like Erica pointed out there’s the now now painting so that’s

The one we’re going to be painting today which is pretty and abstract and colorful so it’s a good thingk we’re hopping into line now so just so as as a location point it’s kind of across from the um from image Works side of the imagination Pavilion so really cool all

Right here we go yes yes thank you so much six squares will not come off your clothes it come off okay good to know thank you so much Callie all right cool so we’ve got our paint and now you cross the way from one cast member to the next all right

Painters enter here here we go visit the paint distribution tent to get your complimentary painted paintbrush what colors are we doing today so we have a white and then like this different white it’s like a gray yeah like a light gray which number do you want a dove Gray

What numbers do we have four and 13 13 is your favorite number right well Taylor’s favorite number so it’s also mine okay so I’ll take four okay all right so I’ve got the gray color and Erica’s got white bright white all right time for 4 and 13 we’re making magic here here we

Go okay 4 and 13 there’s Erica doing her thing great job Erica we get to paint six but you think is wild last year was three I guess it changes based on like the time of day and capacity I know like six squares that’s pretty awesome okay this is my second Square third

Square fourth Square I’m going so fast I should I should chill it out oh it needs a second coat the cast member did tell Erica to lay it on thick because hers is like a white eggshell paint and I would say if you get the light gray also also

The same yeah would say any like a light color that you get yeah just lay it on there I got a little bit inside of the six sorry about that six sorry about that I’m gonna we’ll send them a a note yeah a little a

Little note I should paint on a note so sorry that I did not paint inside the lines how you doing there Erica we’re good good job good job the art the art I’m trying to make sure that it’s all covered yeah you can see the number through it so that lets you

Know to add another coat on which is nice you’re being very exact with yours it looks magnificent mine is like we went we went a little hastily through this all right looks good there’s my squares look they look good mission complete off to the next adventure so we got the final result

This is what’s going to be um on the mural and here we are so you turn in your paint brushes and your extra paint in the boxes and you get a pretty I mean you can use it as a bookmark or put it on the wall or whatever pretty cool Erica

That you get a little treat huh yeah I like that they give you this cuz you look at it right now and it just a bunch of squares and to be like oh it’s going to look like this yep that’s so cool and and we did our eggshell white and our

And our light gray we did it check and check we are here at the Joffrey’s Booth to get some mandatory coffee mandatory coffee we need some sustenance yeah and not the donuts or cookies or quone but they look temped well yeah this bee is having a great time the bee is living

His best life now there are specific Festival the Arts drinks one at every jofre boo but we’re going to a iced vanilla latte please with oat milk oh my gosh yes that looks amazing I’m getting that and then one iced espresso chai want it with cnon you want it with cinnamon in

That’s next we are off to speaking of next we are off to the Odyssey Pavilion now and we’re going to check out figment and all of his fun if you don’t know know figment took up residence uh last year during the Festival of the Arts here in the Odyssey Pavilion and of

Course I am absolutely in love with the Odyssey and it’s history here in Epcot so anytime I get to go into the Odyssey I’m a happy camper um and they had the pin tables from the original attraction in the imagination Pavilion here inside the Odyssey last year so to get to play

With those again was really really very full circle very cool so we’re going to go check things out yeah and maybe Wonder like last year they had him in his little like painter hat and like his little his little brush up at the top and I wonder if they’ll have something

Like that in here this time again I haven’t done any research on the festival since open so I don’t know what’s in there so there could be a little statue of him in there and I don’t know we’re going to find out there was last year there he was really cute

And adorable and they had projections on the wall and everything and we’ve got rainbows happening on the windows so super cute let’s find out together all right here we go pigments inspiration station here are your food and drink options as soon as you walk into the Odyssey we have a rainbow cake rainbow

Cake with freeze dried Skittles bite-sized candies I had that last year oh yes and then hi bear oh and then and then blueberry fil pastry tart with I might have to get that Pop Tart mhm yeah that sounds good all right let’s see what we’ve got going on here

Spin Art name works and sandbox Creations so some of the art that we’ve seen at Pavilion around World Showcase is inside here this year oh so there’s the bike I don’t know if you guys know this fun fact fun fact at Disney Springs you can do the bike

And you can do the name thing I don’t know about the sandbox but there’s it’s next to The Christmas Store The like art is how art of Disney Art of Disney has like the actual like wonderful world of them eyes yeah and there you can do

These because I went with my brother and sister and they wanted to do the bike one and it was in there yeah same people that’s cool I didn’t realize that was in there all year round hi there all right spin artart hi you good thank you s kind oh my

Gosh oh pretty everything is you can like pick little things that you want to put in there that’s cool if you have a little puppy a oh if you like Pirates if you just love love love love I love love that’s so this is so cute and there’s the bike and that’s Spin Art you created oh that’s so pretty you so pretty how much is it to be able to do the spin art it’s $19 for one experience

We can cream it for you for $10 oh wow and two experiences for 29 neat that’s so cool and you take your own art home with you that’s exactly right it’s a oneof aind souvenir and there’s glitter yes we glitter oh there’s glitter it’s so pretty dust that’s so cutey dust awesome

Here yes it was because we used to pass it going towards Mexico all the time and I think at one point it was closer to America they moved the bike around a few times or closer to Germany I it did it was it was back near around but I do so

Last year in here yeah her Festival the Arts they had merch in here and then like a bunch of tables and stuff covered with like art that you could buy a lot of it like Disney Art or figment art I like that they’re using this backspace for this specifically because one it

Keeps them out of like inclement weather because anytime they were out there they would have probably have to close their thing move other stuff so no one could do it if you get stuck in rain in February you can be in here and air conditioning and air conditioning and do

Some fun art stuff that’s awesome I like this I like this too see so Pretty love that love that all right I think we need a snack what do you think I can confirm have little F guy he’s up there there he is and we have projections on the wall which is nice and this is also where you can get your figment popcorn bucket as

Well which is very colorful this year all right so much um yes please look at that it’s really cute there’s my poptart oh boy all right friends we are here and we have the blueberry filed tart let me get the official uh description so blueberry fil F pastry

Tart with purple icing just in case you did not know it had purple icing this um I mean the lighting keeps changing in here so it could be any color you want it to be it really look we we’re red right now red it’s not a sunburn friends no it’s

It’s the lighting that’s changing so you can kind of see where the blueberry filling is peeking through there in the middle um but yeah we’re just going to we’re going to break bread together here yeah I want to see I want to see what’s happening on the the

Inside if it’s like a good thickness I mean that looks like a normal Pop-Tart yep so this has been a staple here at the festival of the Arts since the first Festival of the Arts like it used to be at Pop eats if I’m not mistaken it was

It was white icing with colors I’ve tried making this before from epcot’s recipe difficult to do difficult to get the Pastry as thin as it needs to be and um yeah it was a mess in my kitchen I still ate them but it did not look anything like what it was supposed to

Look like but yeah that’s good yeah my main question for you when you eat this I want you to let me know how far back that goes oh well we’ll break it in half right now is it just in the middle or does it go all the way oh there you go

Goes all the to the edges friends to the edges so then that makes it worth it you’re getting your blueberry money’s worth here we go cheers very blueberry very sweet and as you can tell what’s in the middle there it has made it soft so they’ve put so

Much filling inside that it’s kind of eaten through the top of the pastry yeah I like that it’s just a really good poptart like a in a thicker poptart it’s better than what you and I will find in the store store although what you and I find in the store is

Quite good I love pop it is did you know that the strawberry one is dairy free wo yeah I love the strawberry yeah so I I grew up like I was a s’mores girly I always got the s’mores poptart and when I found out with my dairy allergy I got

Sad I love Pop-Tarts like for me it’s like a nice little sweet tree every once in a while especially if there a vending machine we’re in at I always want a poptart and I found out the strawberry want’s dairy free see there you go great job the more you know we’re just going

To do this throughout today’s video the more you know with the rainbows on the wall the neon rainbows it only makes sense all right off to our next we are here at the refreshment Outpost and Erica is one of your must eats here yes I have to double check make sure it’s on

Art boots scattered around the world showcase if you see them not too crowded take advantage of them in that moment because they will absolutely get slammed as the day goes on so and they are so so cool and oh Erica found her T sft art she was looking for Taylor art and

Here’s there’s okay but there are so many options there are different Aras here so that’s that’s this reputation reputation from snake it’s very snaky mhm oh my gosh this stuff is fabulous this is so cool I love it that’s so great hi there there’s Alan Fox he’s the

Creations you know what it’s been open for years at this point and they still can’t like figure it out it’s okay they’re right next to each I’m okay you’re okay it’s fine it’s okay but yes I think I’m getting one too let’s all stop in just a moment of prayer and

Silence that the hummingbird cake will actually be a hummingbird cake this year um listen I give them huge props for attempting it a hummingbird cake is not an easy cake to make but it is absolutely worthwhile after you make it because it’s delicious it’s the most

Amazing so we are here at the artist table at the American Adventure Pavilion here we go there it is and it’s time to try it the hummingbird cake is $4.75 I’m wishing you good vibes and well-wishes hummingbird cake it does smell good out here it do but I think

We’re smelling the the duck and dum yes it’s the duck but it it gives us a little bit of Hope yeah for sure if you don’t know what a hummingbird cake is it is this most decadent uh Rich cake it usually has pineapple incorporated into it so the

Crushed pineapple goes in depending on the recipe the Southern Living recipe uses the walnuts inside uh Chef art Smith’s recipe which in my mind after making both is the superior recipe hands down my family agrees um uses candied walnuts on the outside so this one has a

Nut a nut a nut singular nut on the outside on top on a dollop of the cream cheese icing and the cream cheese icing on this one is more of a glaze it’s a thinner icing so I’m I’m concerned about that and of course our pineapple is not

On the inside caramel is not something that is technically used cake so that the G friends which is fine if it pays off thank you thank you so much oh there it is there it is interesting so we do have a little pineapple on the inside and I like that

It’s got a little bit of a valley for the cream cheese icing I do appreciate that thank you friends thank you quick bite with the caramel sauce with some of the pineapple compost that’s better that is that is better I’m that better that’s not because I mean a hummingbird cake is not

A dense cake at all it’s light it’s clumpy so much so that it might kind of crumble at times so this is closer to that they did right by the icing you can see the spices incorporated into the cake mix so yeah yeah I’m so happy for you I am too and

I’m going to actually eat this and enjoy it as you should you deserve it we are here at goshiki in the Japan Pavilion and there are a couple of things that are very intriguing on here I’m going to get the Mochi D fuku for $6.75 and I realize I’m just eating

Sweets today I know this isn’t a surprise to literally anyone but what are you thinking about um I’m going to get the sushi donut I got that last year um I know it’s not plant-based but I do eat fish so I I loved it last year so

Are here at the tangarine cafe flavors of the Medina yes so what are you we’ve made a stop okay we pumped the brakes why every I feel like it’s your every Festival honestly the stoned bake of Moroccan bread yeah and it’s a plant-based item and I’ve never had it

Every time we’re here because for food and wine they ended up having like like a hummus spread so I got that instead um and I’m trying to think for what other festivals they had that I got but I’ve never gotten this Stone bread so I’m

Like well why not why why not just come and get the stone bread it comes with hummus and two other um and Zoo di yeah so like and I love Mediterranean food so why why not we’re here and I’ve actually had this when my brother-in-law and and sister and niece and nephew were

Recently in town okay um and they had this on the menu I think it was gosh was it yeah it was between festivals I think it was before Festival the holidays I could be wrong um and they had it then and it’s just fun puffy Moroccan bread

So yeah I’m excited I love the dips and they’re hummus anytime you could have their hummus it’s a good day I do want to say a little hack the desserts they normally have here a lot of people Overlook them but they’re pretty good and I believe it’s food and wine they

Have the pistachio cake and that’s pretty good when before I found out I was allergic to Dairy I got that cake and I was like wow that is really good that’s good so if if you’re curious I would order whatever dessert they have here like right now they have a chocolate cake but

It’s not just chocolate there’s a pomegranate mousse on top yeah so it’s everything here seems interesting when they do a dessert absolutely and I just love this location it’s so pretty and picturesque inside it’s gorgeous yes beautiful it smells so good it’s so pretty it smells so good in here

Too the mic probably picked it up but I was singing it smells so good I was like it smells so good in here that’s okay you can sing all you want too I have a note for the interior designers yes bring this down a couple inches oh my

Stars because like I can’t see shorter friends can’t even if I step all the way I still can’t see myself just say a few inches bring it down just a few decorating details with Erica yes we are here in Morocco as you can tell with bread we have bread and like I mentioned

When I was doing uh that little first look at the dish we are out of one of the sauces it’s the zoo fig based yeah sauce dipping sauce that we do not have um I’ve had it it’s good I’ve had all three and I really liked them there was

Wasn’t anything that I was like no I’m going to go in with the hummus first okay looks like it to be a traditional hummus mhm uh-huh there’s a little happy dance that is happening right now we are by the bathrooms please forgive meot the Moroccan restrooms we’ll swing around

This way here um I love hummus so this makes me happy the bread is so fresh nice and warm so like it’s just perfect with this hummus and like it’s a nice like creamy hummus too garlicky is it garlicky I like a garlicky hummus I wouldn’t say like it’s too

Garlicky but you know you know what would be good some like red peppers or something in here like a little spice little spice like that now we’re going to try this other sauce all right which is you said it was used normally as like a marinade yeah it was used as a

Marinade or a sauce for fish or seafood it looks like a a chimmy churry sauce which makes me excited it’s good that’s good all right all right see that’s popping oh yeah like this brings me back to when I was a kid and we would go to a Spanish

Restaurant and my mom would like order steak or someone would order steak with the chimmy Cherry sauce and I would try it like that just took me back to when I was like six it was like Anton ego at the end of Ratatouille yes when all of a sudden

Yeah just a flashbacks back and and a little a little child at the table yeah literally good I’m soad so good I’m going to be a little wild I got some hummus on here and this one crazy they’re meant to be put together that’s the stuff okay I’m going to have a

Little dip in this hummus and then we’re going to gobble the rest down yes oh that’s good no that’s really good two thumbs up all right we are here at the Bronte and Vito the encanta Cina here we go and I am here for one thing and one thing only the chizo and

Potato and panata for $6.75 with turmeric aoli and a Nat aoli are you getting anything can you get anything Erica I could get something alcoholic but do it I but I’m on this thing that like I could cuz I could have it but like alcohol is not fun for me

Anymore so I’m just like why there you go fine but if I if anyone’s wondering what I would get I’d probably try this passion fruit I’m not I’m not a p col type of girl but that sounds interesting so if you want my opinion I would say you’re going to get an alcoholic

Beverage here go to that the passion fruit attack it got my eye immediately they need to put um ana here oh my gosh if this is going to be they’re going to call it part of you have to have an an a magicala and I’d love to get a little stamp if

Possible excellent thank you thank you we are here at the Encanto cin and it’s time for a drink and an empanada here’s the cross-section of the impanata Erica talked me into showing you a cross-section and I’m glad she did it is filled with chizo I am a sucker

For chizo I love chizo it is it has my hard like at all times I love tooro um and it also does have potato in it and of course your beautiful aoli on top and Erica you mentioned just the prettiness of it yeah I liked uh I like the colors

Of the of the aloys on top like I just think it compliments the color of the Impala like I don’t know it’s cute I like it it is cute I agree artistic it’s artistic and it’s fun like you got fun and kto music going on back here like

It’s a party and the banners the bunting overhead I kind of match this area actually in your cute Festival the Arts overalls nice here we go cheers it’s got heat it’s not overwhelming but it absolutely hits the back the side of your taste buds your pallet it’s um oh the heat just rushes

A lot of our opinions I feel like as we were making our way around the festival but just to tell you in our mind what are the top things you don’t want to miss after the experience that we had at this year’s Festival yeah do you have a

Number one my number one is that I I really think everyone should do the paint by numbers I think if you’re coming to the the Festival of the Arts you should really participate in some of the art and that’s a great way to do it

And I feel like it’s such a fun thing for the kids too oh yeah because like it gives them the freedom to to paint on something that they wouldn’t normally paint on and yeah just like have some fun I think it’s a cute way to make memories so that’s definitely like my

Top thing um and if you love food like you got to I would say at least stop and try three different things cuz you don’t have time to try every single Booth so I would definitely narrow it down to like pick three things that look the most

Interesting to you and go after those three things and then my last like little thing that I have which I really enjoyed doing now like at the last part of our day was just kind of like strolling and looking at the art that was surrounding us again you don’t have

Time to stop inside every art little exhibit but it’s nice to become conscious and aware of them and be like oh did you see that painting over there like that looks really nice oh over here and just kind of take it in um so those are definitely my top three

Like go paint eat food and take in the art that you’re walking by in World Showcase and I would say that includes like the Disney Broadway series that’s here as well we didn’t stop today but um if and I know of friends who come specifically to meet Broadway stars and

Artists who are performing and to get to meet meet them is such a cool thing I mean and I agree like anytime a concert or a performance is happening it’s so cool in Epcot because it’s kind of distilled down like if you see one of the concerts like eat to the beat later

On in in Food and Wine Festival it’s a 30 minute concert and it’s a smaller venue than you know you might be used to in your hometown so it’s just an up close and personal moment which I completely agree with you about the art speaking of up close some personal

Getting to stroll around and seeing those artists sitting right there in that chair amazing amazing and you might if you’re here to to meet a certain artist try to get here to the festival as early as you can in the day that would be my advice because um we saw

Varying degrees of cues happening for certain artists so the more popular artists get here nice and early so that you can kind of check off that box if that’s the most important thing for your Festival day is meeting that artist get that get that done and really enjoy that

Moment first thing I agree with you about the have the couple of things in mind like couple of food items um that you want to try the most and then anything else that you have is kind of icing on the cake right so we came in um

And sat down as you saw and really looked at the festival passport thought about you know I had that hummingbird cake in my mind because it’s a I have a personal connection to hummingbird cake I make one every year for my mom- in-law’s birthday like and and her dad

Before her made her one every year for her birthday so like there’s a warm and fuzzy connection there for me but I tried there last year and went oh friends this is not it this is not it you did not there was an attempt but you

Did not stick The Landing um this year they stuck the landing and so that’s really really exciting um this Festival is so different than the other festivals yes there’s the food component and the argument can be made that there’s too much emphasis on food I like to eat so I’m okay with the

Emphasis on food I want those sweet things I want to enjoy as much give me the opportunity to purchase food yes I know it’s like additional cost on top of what you’ve already spent to get in the Parks but it’s kind of fun to try something new yeah and but the food

Looks different at this Festival the way that the food is plated at this Festival you’re not going to find later on in the year like they still put effort into plating it in different festivals but not to the extent that they do here because they’re really treating the food

Like a work of art and like being a chef is definitely like an art form creating Arts yeah creating good food and plating it well like it’s it’s an art so it’s something to be appreciated and we love food so why not appreciate yeah I agree I agree and you’re going to have

Musicians around the park so my my uh biggest piece of advice I think would be um to just keep an eye out for the unexpected and to make sure you’ve got enough time for the unexpected so we had like I don’t always take the time to

Stroll as leisurely as you and I did at the end um but that’s the beauty of just being here with time it’s a day off for the two of us and so we are just here to enjoy each other’s presence and to enjoy being here in the park and that was so

Much fun now I know when you all come you might also have rides you need to ride so we did not ride any rides here today but I think we would have had plenty of time to do so yeah we definitely could have like snuck a ride like onto the

Land um if it was if saor wasn’t a long wait to something else we could have and if we had a virtual Cube for Guardians we definitely would have walked over there we couldn’t have done every ride but you know the way we took our time yeah in World Showcase definitely is

Like well we could have done the American Adventure we could have done uh the Canada 360 like we could have done those things but absolutely we’re also catching up you know we haven’t seen each other in a week so there’s things to talk about in a week it’s been a week

  3. Love you both! I don't have a dairy allergy, but I am Lactose intolerant, so while I don't avoid all dairy, I really appreciate the content! I also went to Disney once while my Dr was testing a gluten free diet with me. While I find I don't need to eat gluten free, Disney is amazing for food allergies! Can't wait for flower and garden on my next trip 😊

  6. Also may be a little known fact, Erica, but my husband has a Gluten and lactose allergy and he is able to eat the gluten free Oreos they sell in the stores! I never knew Oreos were lactose free but they are!!
