    Honestly? Sometimes nothing hits harder than a simple bowl of cereal with almond milk.

    I also have a small bowl of applesauce sprinkled with a teaspoon of PB2 Fit on the side, too. It’s not as filling as other breakfasts I have but when I’m in a rush to leave? It does the jobs.

    Cashew milk is 1 cup for 25cals instead of 30cals!
