Made 8 pints of chili crisp. 48 dried Reapers total along with a bunch of japonés and árbol. Very spicy. Very addictive.

I’m obsessed with Don Emilio salsa macha, which is basically a chili crisp. If you haven’t had their morita pepper sauce and chili de arbol sauce, don’t sleep on it. It’s the best stuff I’ve ever had. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!
