Shoyu Ramen from Ikkousha Chicken Ramen on Queen St. W

I know many here already know Ikkousha is fire however I don’t recall them having a shoyu option at the chicken location on previous visits which I think may be a recent addition or maybe I just didn’t notice it before last night, either way it’s not a default option on the order card rather you have to write it in as a limited/special order. They use their light chintan broth for this flavored with an in house home made soy sauce that tastes outstanding from most other shoyu bowls I’ve had in the city, this might be my new favorite shoyu broth next to the roasted garlic shoyu at Isshin.
