Homemade Sandwich Bread Recipe

Ingredients
320 mL water 1-1/3 cups
553 g bread flour 4-1/4 cups
4 Tbsp. sugar 48g
2 Tbsp. dry milk 8g
2 tsp. salt 10g
3 Tbsp. butter 35g
2 tsp. active dry yeast 6g

Instructions
Add all of your ingredients to your bread machine pan in the order that they are listed above. Select white and then choose your crust control (Light, Medium or Dark) I choose medium. Press start!
