Some people might find this cursed, but it was soooo good. It’s my Korean-Pinoy fusion tteokbokki, with banana ketchup substituted for some of the gochujang, Mister Swift hot dogs instead of fish cake, green bell pepper and cheese added to emulate Filipino-style spaghetti. I actually enjoyed this even more than classic Korean tteokbokki 🫣
