Italian Spaghetti Classics: 5 Traditional Recipes. Welcome to our cooking channel! Today we have a series of delicious spaghetti recipes for you to enjoy.

First of all, our Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. This simple but tasty dish: spaghetti cooked al dente with sauce: a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic, chilli pepper, salt and parsley. Fry the garlic, chilli and parsley in the olive oil for a minute, then turn off the heat and add 3-4 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. Immediately add the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with breadcrumbs to taste.

Next, we have a delicious spaghetti amatriciana recipe. This delicious dish consists of pancetta or smoked pork belly, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, strong chili pepper, extra virgin olive oil and pecorino romano. Cook bacon or pork belly in olive oil, then briefly cook cherry tomatoes with garlic and basil. Add chili pepper, salt, black pepper and pecorino romano to create a tasty amatriciana sauce. Cook the spaghetti al dente and season it with the sauce for a delicious meal.

For a taste of Naples, we present our Spaghetti alla Gennaro. This traditional Italian recipe includes spaghetti, stale bread, garlic, basil, oregano, salted anchovies and extra virgin olive oil. Brown the olive oil, garlic and bread together before adding the cleaned salted anchovies and oregano and cook for a few minutes. Cook the spaghetti al dente and season with the sauce, adding garlic bread and basil leaves for further flavour.

Get ready to indulge in the flavors of Neapolitan cuisine with our Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. This dish is composed of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salted anchovies, black Gaeta olives, salted capers, tomato puree or fresh tomato and parsley. Sauté the olive oil, garlic and anchovies before adding the olives, capers and tomato. Cook the spaghetti al dente and serve with a generous sprinkling of parsley on top.

Finally, we have Spaghetti alla Carbonara, a much-loved traditional Italian recipe. Boil the spaghetti al dente in salted water and cook the bacon in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, salt, black pepper and grated pecorino. Be sure to add a generous amount of black pepper for that pasta’s name – carbonara. Turn off the heat and add the egg mixture to the pan, creating a creamy coating for the pasta.
