What would you add to this under 100calories that isn’t fruit?

The yogurt part is already mostly fruit so I wanted something different to add to it, the 4th slot being empty drives me crazy 😭

Some mini rice cakes 🙂 i like to scoop up yogurt with them

whisps cheese bite. 100 calories 9g protein (parmesan flavor)

Maybe some kind of veggie like carrots or bell pepper? Adds a nice bit of freshness and crunch

  5. You are missing veg. So celery or carrot sticks.

    Definitely some type of protein

If you can’t do crunchy veg can you try edamame? High in protein and soft. I also like turkey pepperoni, low cal and decent protein per serving

Some vegetables. Cucumber is a good option, or you could do some mini spring rolls

Chickpeas for protein and fibre. And steamed broccoli served cold is a really good snack, since you have jaw issues.

  9. Mini pretzels, oyster crackers, goldfish, carrot sticks.

Maybe if you like kimchi, it’s like 30cals the kind I get, so it could work. I also agree some mini ricecakes if they’re not too crunchy for you, and steamed vegetables so they’re softer. My favorite is candied carrots, sweet and soft!

Babybel cheese, julienned carrots- the thin slices reduce the crunchiness a lot, slice of whole wheat bread (I love all varieties of Dave’s Killer Bread) cut into quarters and stacked, olives

Mozzarella snacker (70 cals) and cherry tomatoes.

100 cals worth of hummus and whatever you’d like to pair with it (I’d go with bell pepper given your jaw issues).

Roasted veg like someone else suggested. My fave combo is sweet and/or fingerling potatoes, zucchini, red & green bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Eggplant is also a great choice. I like to make a big batch to eat throughout the week.

Strong Root sweet potato or cauliflower hash browns are 60/80 cals each I think.

Maybe a serving of Vienna sausages? the low fat armour brand ones are about 80 calories for 4

Idk where you live, but in the UK (I’ve seen them in Tesco and booths) they have these sweet chilli rice crackers. They’re much nicer than rice cakes, both the sweet chilli flavour and the texture. Sometimes I but a bit of cheese on them and microwave it

Pickles! Love the fresh ones from Grillo’s. 5 calories per stick which is basically a freebie!

  16. Another egg – actually replace the other two compartments with egg as well.

Two turkey pepperoni sticks would be 100 calories (50 calories each) I would cut them up and put them in there

Shredded chicken. The more protein you can get in a day, the more full you’ll be! I like shredded chicken because it just feels like more volume🤣

Cherry tomatoes, yogurt, salad with low calorie dressing (skinny girl and G Hughes make good ones), sugar free pudding made with almond milk, pea crisps, some chips, popcorn.

What’s in the top right portion?

  21. Protein bar? Or half or one, depending on the cals.

  22. some cold cut chicken perhaps? makes a whole lunchable :p
