My little 10min $5 concoction. Buldak Jjajang with onion/shallot and pork.
Lemme know if I’m a basic bitch or not. I fucking love this. Super quick and easy and cheap.

I take a shitty pork chop, cut it up and marinade it in five spice, rice wine vinegar, Sriacha, spicy chili crisp, chili garlic sauce, seasme oil and soy sauce (all to taste). Marinade for at least an hour or so.
Fry up some onions and then toss in the pork while the noodles cook and bring it all together after. Literal fire it’s the best. It’s super cool and easy, I just pull out a pork chop the night before from the freezer.

I’d eat it.

Buldak+ is the way. However you buff it up, the additions is what makes it.
I’ve done the carbo buldak with a portion of my Mum’s homemade meaty bolognese sauce and teriyaki tenderstem broccoli added and ’twas incredible
