I think this is a fantastic start!
Maybe to make it more jazzy you could make different shapes with the meat? salami rose, or just different folds.
I like to take block cheeses (dubliner cheddar) and line the cheese up so it is staggered – just cut it into long slices and then push them out a little. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense. Could also do triangle shaped cheeses and line them on the side. You want to follow the shape of the cheese.
I would also add a little variety in the cheeses you pick in terms of texture. I like to have 1-2 harder cheeses and then 1-2 softer cheeses (brie, goat, or soft bleu).
You could also add some spreads and crackers. For spreads you can do jams, compotes, pestos, honey. For crackers I like Raincoast crisps. They have so many unique flavors and you can pair them with all sorts of cheeses. Their website even has which cheeses and other foods pair well with each flavor.
You could also add some fresh fruits and veggies to bring more vibrancy and texture. If you really wanna go nuts maybe even add some edible flowers!
Nuts are always a good go to. I love the candied pecans/walnuts from trader joes. Macadamia nuts are always a nice little treat.
I like that you added some green but I am always hesitant of adding too much stuff that people can’t really eat – a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Overall I think your board looks great. Awesome variety of cheese and meats, all of which I would devour. If you want some visual inspo I would check out cheese by numbers on instagram.
