    These are so nice to have for an easy grab-and-go breakfast and infinitely customizable with whatever veggies + protein shakes your tambourine.

    I followed [this recipe](https://www.budgetbytes.com/veggie-packed-freezer-ready-breakfast-sandwiches/) as a general outline to make 6 sandwiches, using the following ingredients for this batch:

    * 3 large eggs = 233 cal.
    * 3 egg whites = 52 cal.
    * 2 links jalapeño chicken sausage, diced and browned = 200 cal.
    * Baby spinach, sautéed (54g) = 12 cal.
    * Diced white onion, sautéed (76g) = 30 cal.
    * Roasted red peppers, diced (30g) = 8 cal.
    * 6 Schmidt 647 English muffins = 540 cal.
    * 6 slices 2% American cheese = 300 cal.

    How did long did you reheat the sandwiches? Did you reheat from frozen or did you thaw in fridge overnight?

    Hey, who needs Jimmy Dean? Not you!

    I love breakfast sandwiches so much. If I could eat bread I’d be all over these.

    This is awesome! So organized, and they look delicious. Only the squareness of the egg slices vs the round muffins is sorta driving me crazy 😅 but it’s a good idea that I’ll be borrowing next week.
