What’s up my PowerUp friends!

Once you try this low carb keto pita bread recipe in your keto diet, you’ll never go back! Just three ingredients create a light, fluffy, delicious, highly pliable texture. Most flatbread recipes are made with wheat flour, which is highly inflammatory, and not suited for a clean keto diet. This recipe however, is classic, because it’s keto friendly, low carb friendly, gluten-free, almond free and can be seasoned to taste! And it’s ONE 1 CARB per tortilla!

YOU CAN’T BEAT THAT WITH A STICK!

This recipe will amaze you! It is a soft, pliable low carb tortilla (flatbread) that is versatile enough for wrapping, stuffing, topping, dipping and chopping up.

And for the cherry on top…. It’s SUPER EASY to make! This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prepare and 6 minutes to cook. No need to wait to eat! Did someone say we’re deprived of delicious food on KETO?! ………. NOT!!

Short of being deprived… We are POWERED UP!

Ingredients

1 cup of egg whites

2 tbsp of coconut flour
2 tbsp of whole psyllium husk
Seasoning to taste

Enjoy my friends!

You can see how thick it is there because it’s bubbling Up I’m going to pick it up so you can see how it is starting to Bubble Up and become a bread Pocket What’s up my PowerUp friends welcome back to power up with Kandy today I’m going to teach you how to make make a super delicious super easy to make three ingredient low carb tortilla not only can this recipe serve to make tortillas that you can have with

Faas you can have these to make tacos you can also use them as Gyros because when you flip them in the pan they bubble up and you can stuff them with with whatever you would like with shredded beef with a little bit of avocado you could put scrambled eggs in

There whatever you would like so you can use these tortillas to make tacos you can use them as tortillas for breakfast in the morning or you can use them as Pockets to make Gyros and stuff whatever food item is your favorite inside and maybe put a little dressing over that a

Little salt olive oil they are amazing and the best part guys is they are super easy to make these tortillas do not involve any rolling any flattening nothing like that it’s just the mixture that you can pour into the pan then flip and they are done I want to show you the

Texture of these tortillas they are amazing they’re extremely pliable they’re malleable you can put chicken fajita in here beef fajita you can put scrambled eggs in here the possibilities guys are endless you can put a little cheese in here and melt it like a Gala they are so delicious and again

Super easy to make and you can season these to taste so let’s get into it the very first ingredient you you’re going to need is one cup of egg whites in my case I just purchased a carton of egg whites from the store this is 100% egg

Whites you’re welcome to go with the option of purchasing a carton of egg whites if you don’t want to go through the trouble of separating the yolk from the egg whites my situation is when I do that then I have to get creative about

How to use the yolk but if you just just the egg whites then of course you don’t have to worry about using the yolks wisely afterward so this is one cup of egg whites I’m going to pour that into my bowl the next ingredient is 34 of a cup of

Water 2 tbspoon of coconut flour and 2 tablespoons of whole psyllium husk I’m using this one from sprouts and now I’m going to mix this all Together after the ingredients are very well mixed in together then you can add whatever seasoning you like any seasoning of your choice I’m going to add a little bit of garlic powder some onion powder I’m also going to put a little bit of cayenne pepper in there and some Salt and I’m going to mix that all Together when you’ve mixed everything together your consistency will look like this So as you can see the consistency is pretty runny it falls off my spoon very easily but that’s what we want all right now we’re going to move over to the stove and I’ll show you how easily these cook up in the pan and also how you can

Use them as PE bread to make Gyros because they naturally bubble up when you flip them all right guys over here at the stove all you’re going to need is your mixture I’m also using some avocado oil spray so that my tortillas don’t stick to my pan and then

I have a spatula the thinner the better and then I have A3 measuring cup I’m going to start off by putting a little bit of avocado oil spray on my pan I’m going to scoop out my mixture using the this 13 cup measurement I’m not going to fill it up all the way

Because I want my tortillas a little bit smaller but this is about right for a mediumsized tortilla when I’ve scooped up the amount that I need I’m just going to put it right in the center of the pan and then using my measurement cup I’m going to

Spread out my mixture to get it as thin and as round as Possible You’ll notice this mixture is extremely obedient it’ll let you give it the shape that you need it’ll let you spread it out as much as you would like you can make your tortilla as thin as you would like by just again continuing to spread it out I’m using my measuring cup to

Spread it out but you’re welcome to use a spoon or any other utensil and I’m just lightly tapping the top of the mixture so that it spreads to the sides and becomes a little bit wider and a little bit thinner and I’m also giving it the circular shape that I want

Once you have it like this you don’t want to to rush the process right now I found that the perfect heat to ensure that when you flip your tortilla it bubbles up is a little bit under medium heat notice this is medium heat so I’ve put it a little under medium so not

Close to low more close to medium but just a little under medium heat so I would say low to medium but more on the medium side I’m going to let my tortilla cook for about 3 minutes at this temperature you’ll know it’s ready to flip over when the edges start looking

More solid than liquid you can pick it up just slightly and if the other side is looking golden brown that means it is ready to flip it’s the prime time to flip It that is a perfect or tea and notice it’ll start bubbling immediately you can tell that there’s air inside of it and this is why it’s perfect to use as pea bread to make a gyro you can see it bubbling up I’m going to pick it up so you can see how it is starting to Bubble Up and become a bread pocket you can see how thick it is there because it’s bubbling up This is an amazing Discovery because usually only wheat flour tortillas will do this where they will bubble up so that you can stuff them but this recipe has the just right ingredients to where you will get this effect when you flip it after the 3 minutes a super delicious

Way to have these is when they’re ready in the pan and they’re golden brown on either side you can just leave it in the pan and then pull out some mozzarella cheese and put it on top and fold it and make yourself a super delicious garia oh

My word these are so good and look how pliable these are they don’t break you can tell how pliable they are because I folded it and it’s not breaking look at that you can open it back up you can also just have these with a little bit

Of avocado and olive oil on top so good and so nutritious I’m going to add this one to my stack of tortillas they’re very versatile you can pull on the them you can fold them they will not break that’s why they’re so good for so many things and I’m going to

Tear it so that you can see the texture I’m going to give it a taste M this is so good M that is super good you can have it all by itself it’s that good and super nutritious because it’s made with eggs I cannot taste the coconut flour in here

What I’m tasting is the seasonings that I put in here I can taste the garlic it’s a little bit spicy cuz I put some cayenne pepper in there it’s just the right hint of salt and the texture it almost feels like a wheat flour tortilla because of the psyllium husk in here so

It’s a little bit coarse but at the same time very flexible m that is super good all right my PowerUp friends that’s it for this video for more loward recipes like this one that are super easy to make super healthy for you and extremely delicious hit that subscribe button hit the little bell

  2. I made these into quesadillas for lunch and WOW! These are excellent!!! Definitely making these on repeat.

  3. Oh darn! I have a bag of psyllium husk powder. I've got to find a way to make it work in this recipe so I can use it up.

These look like they would make a good pancake. Have you used them for a sweet food?

  4. I am ao excited to try this. Only 1 carb in a tortilla is fantastic. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

  5. No rolling or pressing, simple, affordable and no almond flour for those of us allergic to almonds! Awesome! I can't wait to try! Thank you 😊

  6. Wow!!! Just caught your video of the 3 ingredients tortillas!! So happy to discover your channel…store bought Mission Low Carb here in Texas can get pricey after awhile!
Can not wait to make these tortillas that are not required to hand roll…yum!!!

  7. I tried this recipe, twice. It did not come out like hers. They were just eggy pancakes. i probably did something wrong, but I think they would be a great replacement for egg wrappers.

  8. for the record, these turn out pretty good with whole egg and psyllium powder rather than husk (thats all I had). Made ground beer taco dinner last night with avocadoes, tomatoes, jalapenos, shredded cheese, sour cream and they worked just fine! Thanks for the ideas!

  9. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT video and presentation!!!
I'd be willing to bet that you could sweeten them up with a little sugar substitute in the batter too ! Thanks for sharing 😊
