Kimchi jiggae to use up the last of my kimchi. With tofu, zucchini, enoki mushrooms, manzano peppers and kielbasa.

    Not a nitpick, and there’s actually nothing to because 김치찌개 is a family food with unlimited variations, but to my Korean eyes that looks more like a 부대찌개(boodae jjiggae). Especially with the mushrooms and sausages. Hmm … on my second thought, since there’s no baked beans, it must taste like 김치찌개 than 부대찌개. I just wanna try making it with Kielbasa myself. It seems interesting.
