Or you can spend 6 cents more an ounce to get the clean ones for 13.99 so when you come here you want to get the organic whole cashews and you want to skip the fancy ones the fancy whole cashews and that pretty much goes for all of these fancy whole

Unsalted let’s check these out has peanut oil there’s no need for that almost all of these are going to be that way this is the honey roasted nut mix you got check it out vegetable oil which should be peanut or soy you don’t need that melod Duan sugar sugar sugar

There’s not even real honey it’s natural honey flavor let me know down below if you want me to show you how to make a really good roasted nut mix using clean ingredients I can maybe add that to one of my videos for you it’s really simple

To make here cost go you’re also going to find lots and lots of snack options just tons and tons of them and the majority of the snack options are not going to be clean Nature Valley I think a lot of people buy the Nature Valley

Bars and you can look right here and it has the whole grain oats which is gml whole grein Nots second ingredient is sugar then we’re going to get into the seed oils which is the canola sunflower oil and then you have soy and then natural flavors which we have no idea

That can be anything and you are going to to pay more for these bars but they’re $19.99 right $124 a bar but the reason why you’re paying more is because of the ingredients so if you look on the side of the Box almonds pecans maple syrup organic honey and sweeden coconut

Pumpkin seeds organic on refined coconut oil cinnamon sea salt vanill extract this is a far superior grainfree granola bar I would definitely pick this one over this one you know I’m not just picking on those kind of bars we come over here even the Kirkland

10 g of protein looks good look at the list of ingredients um right away isolate soy protein soy protein tapioca starch kind of going down the list there’s that Palm Kern oil all kinds of soy protein in here just a ton of it natural flavors yeah it’s just no good

It’s just no good it makes me really sad because people just don’t know they figure if it’s on the shelf and the stores are allowed to carry it why would they put something on the store shops they’re going to harm my babies and my children and it looks good the kids are

Happy and everyone’s happy with the price and then you start educating yourself and learning and you’re like wow and you have to be really careful when you’re at the stores you don’t look at things like ready and clean they’re really good at marketing and advertising

But when you flip it over look it soy protein right off the bat that’s a big red flag for me confectionary coating which is sugar pomr oil then they’ve got more soy then they’ve got oats the oats are not organic more seed oil and and then there’s those natural flavors so

This would be a no no not good for you okay they have a great selection of snacks for your snack cart here $10.99 these are the beer fruit rolls super good price and look at those ingredients apples pear strawberries a black carrot extract and that’s about it so these are
