
2 tbsp Sour Cream, 1 tbsp minced Parsley (I did not have any Cilantro), 2 tsp minced Red Onion, 1 tsp minced Jalapeno, 1/2 tsp minced Garlic, Juice (and I added zest, as well) of 1 lime, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin, 1/4 tsp Salt, “a scatter” of Ground Black Pepper.
My game plan: Heavy drizzle over Cannelini Beans, sliced Cucumber, and quartered Compari Tomatoes.
Yeah, I really liked the sauce from the Creamy Cilantro Steak Bowls!
