This massively satisfying lunch including 1 slice of sourdough, 68 g avocado, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 c cherry tomatoes, .5 tbsp olive oil, and .5 tbsp balsamic glaze. Also included but not shown is a 100 calorie almond packet. The warm bread does something magical to the cottage cheese and the whole sandwich feels like an elevated version of some sort of grilled cheese! Only 495 calories too (including almonds).
