Ham&cheese omelet & oatmeal.
I’ve overcome week1 and is was very challenging for me, especially energy level and focus since I introduced IF and 1500cal at the same time.
This has been my go-to breakfast around 10AM.
I notice my tastebuds enjoying this a lot. And feeling very satiated from this breakfast.
Grateful for this group and the caring support everyone offer.
I don’t feel alone and it is a big motivation for me.
