I had just rejoined two weeks ago (because I took advantage of two different codes) and this is my second box since signing up. Tell me why they are using a delivery service that thinks a three hour window starting at 9:24pm CST is okay? If this is what it’s going to look like every week, I’m just going to cancel now!

    They switched to Veho recently near me and I’ve had all mine arrive much earlier in the day than the window says but it’s frustrating that hello fresh has decided to swap to these guys to save some money. I cancelled recently and listed Vehi as one of the reasons

    We’ve always had great luck with Veho. I feel bad for the drivers tho, they don’t pay them shit. You can get a 4 hour route for like $50

    At least your box came this week. Ours was never shipped for some unknown reason. This whole week has been awful, I don’t know why. Lots of late and missing boxes.

    Mine are scheduled on Mondays in Atlanta, they usually come around 10-11am.
