What’s the secret to a thicker, less vinegary tomatillo salsa? I’d never liked tomatillo salsa until I tried this one! It’s my current favorite.

    that looks heavy on the Hatch Green Chilies. Tomatillos tend to come apart when blended and aren’t nearly that fibrous. Plus being new mexico Hatch tracks.
