First time making Smoked St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs on the Traeger! They are fall off the bone tender yumminess!
Made my own S/P/G/O/P rub!
1Tbs ground Himalayan Pink Salt
2Tbs fresh ground pepper
1Tbs granulated garlic
1Tbs granulated onion
1Tbs Spanish Paprika
Rinsed ribs, removed silver skin, dry pat spices.
Let sit 30 min.
Set Traeger to 275. When at temp. Put ribs on bone side down.
Cooked 1 hour. Spritzed with Apple Cider Vinegar.
Cooked 1 hour. Removed and wrapped in foul sprayed with butter.
Cooked 45 min, meat side down!
Let rest 10 min! Sliced ribs apart and enjoyed!
Never going to cook ribs any other way. Mmmmmm
