Cooking with Paul! Basic Sauce to make, very simple, whatever you have in the house you can use! All this is, is tomato, Garlic, Basil, salt, and pepper, (you can throw sugar in the sauce to sweeten the tomato) Make sure to take the core out of the Tomato. If it is not grinding in the blender, use a splash of wine. You can grind the garlic and Basil, salt & pepper. (The sauce goes with anything)
Making the basic sauce right out of the can: Tomato Sauce, Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato puree, 1 tomato paste, whisk together. In order to make the sauce more flavorful, add a baylief. In a separate pan take a little bit of olive oil, Garlic, add sundried tomatoes, (as an alternative you can add bruschetta) if you have some olives, chop up olives and throw them in there.
Constantly stir the sauce!
Take a whole onion, drop it in the sauce, add a couple carrots, (as an alternative to sugar & salt, add anchovies they dissolve in the sauce and have a great salt content) let that simmer, add onions, and mushrooms. Add a whole green pepper (take the core out) it adds flavor. (you can take it out later) When adding the basil, add a lot!
Add garlic, (lots) add a shot of wine. Let it cook down. Constantly stir the sauce. Cook the pasta El Donte, Now for the meat, add a slab of ribs (pork) right in the sauce (uncooked), it flavors the sauce and the sauce flavors it in return.

For the meatballs, take 3Ibs of ground beef, 1Ib of ground veil, 1Ib of ground pork, very simple. Add homemade bread crumbs or store bought (Progresso is fine), then add your romano & parmesan cheese, that a big one don’t be very generous with that one, add more garlic you can never have enough garlic, always add salt & pepper, add a shot of wine, add a shot of milk. Then we are officially done with the base of the meatballs, now you can add your parsley or whatever (if you want) you are supposed to be able to smell the cheese come out of it. To finish the meatballs, mix all of the ingredients by hand. Now to bake them, some people fry them, some bake them, don’t bother with that just add it in the sauce. That’s it!
You’re done with your sauce!
