Let’s make this super simple and quick dessert — chocolate mousse. Place cold water in the bowl. Take the gelatin sheet or leaf and soak the gelatin for 5 minutes to soften it. Then set it aside. Get the chocolate. I’m using 75% dark. It depends on the percentage you prefer.
Chop it using the knife and set it aside. Take the mini sauce pan. Get the milk, pour it into the pan, and boil over medium heat on the stove. Once it’s boiling, take the softened gelatin and transfer it into the pan. Lower the heat and dissolve completely the well-squeezed gelatin.
Mix well and kill the heat. Get the chocolate and transfer it into the hot milk with gelatin. Ensure that the heat has been turned off. Mix it with spatula in circular movements until it becomes smooth and shiny. This is what we want to achieve — super glossy and smooth.
Set it aside and let it cool before using it. In our super cold bowl, pour in the heavy cream. In whipping cream, I advise everything you use to whip it should be super cold, straight from the fridge. Whisk it until it becomes slightly foamy.
Once done, add in 1 to 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Continue mixing until stiff peaks form. Okay. This is the desired stiffness; it shouldn’t fall. Be careful not to overmix, as it may turn into butter. Take the chocolate mixture and transfer it into the whipped cream.

To be transferred into small glasses or containers. Place this in small cups or glasses for easy serving to your visitors. Simply add decorations on top. This is absolutely perfect for Christmas or New Year. Put in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight to harden.
So there you have it, our quick and easy dessert. Before serving, I’ll add chocolates on top using peeler. You may also add chocolate drops. Then add strawberries, but any berries should be perfect. Then fresh mint. Wow! Perfect! Delicious!
