Doing all you can eat sushi tonight, everything here is included. I only like cooked rolls, any recommendations on what I can order from each section and how much of it to get most out of the experience within 900 calories?

Just eat what you want, one day isn’t going to ruin anything. Otherwise, limit the rice and have fun.

Being restricted to cooked rolls is unfortunately going to eliminate some of the best options. If the seared tuna is an option for you, that’s probably your best protein/calorie ratio on the whole menu. I’d also do some miso soup, edamame, cucumber salad, and/or seaweed salad. All low calories and can fill you up.

The shrimp rolls are probably the highest protein and lowest calorie cooked rolls, as long as they don’t use fried/tempura shrimp. Tamago avocado and crabmeat/California are also good choices.

Eel is good but sometimes they drown eel rolls in sauce, if you can get them to leave the extra sauce off the top it would save some calories. “Spicy” anything is going to have a significant amount of extra calories since it’s mayo.

I would avoid plain cucumber rolls if you’re hungry because they won’t be very filling for the amount of calories since there’s basically no protein.

Seared tuna app, California roll, seaweed salad and miso soup. Maybe another roll with no avocado or cooked aspects (like yellowtail jalapeno or tuna cucumber) if you’d want that. Calories will vary greatly by how much rice is used.
