My math very well could be wrong (wouldn’t be surprised) but 0.412 kg = 418 g, so 100g x 418 = 1520 calories for this Greek salad.
Am I truly looking at 1500 worth of vegetables or what is happening here? The dressing did not come with the salad.

I only see 380 listed for calories? Where is the 1520 coming from?
I’d imagine the “per 100g” part is wrong and 380 is the whole salad.
I can’t imagine so. I’d plug the individual calorie-dense ingredients into a calculator. The calories from the vegetables are negligible IMO so really you primarily need to look at the feta and whatever dressing you added.
Nutrition per 100g looks like its for 100g of pure feta – 40% sodium etc.
I see what I’d guess is 70 calories in olives, 120ish in cheese, and a bunch of other stuff (not factoring in the dressing) that would add up to very little.
.412 kg is 412g for future reference (not 418g). a kilogram is a thousand grams ….
The only part of your math that is wrong is that 0.412kg = 418g. It’s 412g, but I imagine that’s a typo.
Also you wrote 100g x 418 = 1520 calories, which, the math behind it is right but the way you’ve written it down is wrong and confusing. Keep your units and it becomes easier to follow
380Cal / 100g * 412g
= 3.8Cal/g * 412g
OR
= 380Cal * 4.12 (the units would be g/g but that cancels)
= 1565Cal
Hopefully that helps, but yeah, I can’t tell you how accurate the packaging is.
