Hey guys welcome back to property Chef episode 6 we’re going to make ourselves a delicious grilled octopus don’t spill it don’t spill it there’s water in this pan grilled octopus okay and you’re going to watch me just prep it really fast so the first thing that I did

Already if you want to take a look Come a Little Closer I took the beak out I just cut it out all right Ed the knife and I cut the head off okay so you can I mean some people eat the head I’m not crazy about it in my family my parents

My grandparents they eat every single part of the octopus if you’re going to leave the head on leave it on but all I’m doing right now is I got it in the Pan just going to put some garlic in the pan cuz I want some aromatics you can even leave it in the jacket it’s not a big deal I am just going to throw in these carrots I’m rough chopping them because they’re again they’re really there to bring out some great smells I

Mean you could obviously eat the carrot if you want but but it’s there for aromatic purposes at the moment same thing with the celery and some bay leaves all Right a little star Anise we’re going to pour a little red wine vinegar in here we’re going to pour a little wine on this octopus too all right so what I’m trying to basically do here is I got my oven nice and hot I’m going to throw

It in but I have like a bath of wine and vinegar it’s going to create like a little bit of a boiling effect while it’s in the oven which is fine cuz normally you boil this right but I want to boil it like this cuz it gets a

Little extra flavor from all the extra ingredients if you just put it in water everything gets watered down right so I’m trying to do it like this for that reason let’s see how it comes out I bet you it’s going to be really good I mean

You can’t I don’t make bad food so you know okay so while that’s cooking I’m going to just prep the uh toppings we’re going to use on the octopus once it’s actually done we’re going to serve it with some Capers some red onion and a little bit

Of mint and it’s going to be fantastic with some olive Oil I have PE corns we’re going to use them somewhere let’s [Applause] Go all right so we just took it out of the oven and smells incredible oh man this is going to be so good it’s going to be so good this is going to be so good good all right so look now all I want to do right now is

Just let it rest a little bit I’m just going to cut each leg and free them from the group let it so look first we’ll go like this all right and then going to just like that hey guys if you like my content please help me with the algorithm like share

Subscribe so I can get out there this stuff is expensive to shoot these videos you want more content I need more followers I need more likes I need more comments help me keep this channel going if you like the food that I’m making I look forward to seeing you at your House right so we got our nice and rested uh octopuses right here I just put a little bit of olive oil on them cuz I don’t want them to stick and I’m just going to lay them down for some color that’s really what we’re looking

For here is a nice Char I wait until the charcoals are real hot and we’re just going to give it some charring you don’t want to overcook it just Char it just get like a nice little burn on It so all we’re going to do is just slice it up trying to get it on an angle here I know some places that slice it super thin I wish I could do That now I’m going to take some of our wonderful marinated topping right here this is remember Capers red onions mint olive oil oregano some of that in there get it on everything all right we got a Moment of Truth here that will put any Greek restaurant

And run for their money try it let me know see you in the next episode
