I think I am finally cracking the code of this whole thing. My mind set is shifting from “it’s breakfast so I must eat only typical breakfast items that I don’t really enjoy with crappy macros” to “I’m going to eat what I’m craving and smash my protein goals!”

    We regularly add dinner leftovers to eggs or a wrap in the morning. Definitely a more hearty, savory breakfast household!

  5. I’ve only recently undid all the “carbs are bad for you” mentality enough to realize how amazing potatoes are for volume. So satisfying for a surprisingly low amount of calories! This breakfast looks 💯
