My whole family loves this soup . Very hearty and comforting for winter time .
I use any veggies I have in the fridge.
Here is the list of ingredients (I eyeball the veggies usually approx 60 cals) :
1. Onions
2. Bell peppers
3. Bok choy
4. Mushrooms
5. Carrots
6. Cilantro
7. Meatballs (5) -200 cals
8. Marinara sauce – 1/8 cup – 18 cals
The spices I used were garlic , salt pepper , cumin, Italian seasoning, szechuan pepper, lemon. (According to taste)

The veggies were cooked in canola spray and seasoned before adding water, the meatballs were frozen from Costco. I hope this helps someone.
