I have a real sweet tooth & real problems finding sweets low in calories // sugar that I won’t over eat. Bought these for my classroom & realized how great they are! 45 cals, 10g sugar & I can’t over eat them because your tongue is raw after one pack 😂 plus dipping the stick in the powder takes a long time which helps the overeating aspect. Total win!

If calories are your main concern, sugar in general always feels like a hack.
Just be careful with those. I used to eat like one a day on college and it RUINED my teeth even when I brushed daily.
Tbh I have about half the powder and then just eat the stick… It’s my favorite part.
